. We encourage you to provide any information that may help us to understand the reason for your return or the defect you found in the returned product.
If the product is validated as defective by customer service, we will send you a free return slip and the return costs will be at our expense. You will then need to print out the slip and go to your nearest post office. If the item is no longer in stock, we will refund you immediately.
